Description: Custom-made wear parts for oil and gas. Carbide grades and designs are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each customer.

Oil and gas extraction faces four extreme challenges: high temperature, high pressure, severe corrosion, and intense abrasion. Tungsten carbide has become the material of choice for enduring these harsh working conditions in the oil and gas industry, thanks to its outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, and robust impact strength. Building on this, Zhuzhou Jinxin has carefully developed a diverse range of tungsten carbide products, designed to meet the demands of complex and ever-changing operational environments in oil and gas exploration—and beyond.

The tungsten carbide protection band is an industrial wear-resistant component made from tungsten carbide material. Its core technical feature is its integration into the working side of equipment—either through hot-pressing or a sintering process. By utilizing the exceptional wear resistance of tungsten carbide, these bands protect critical components and significantly extend the service life of equipment during the demanding operation of rock formation. In tools such as oil drills, stabilizers (centralizers), and geological drill rods, retention strips are inserted into a spiral matrix around the perimeter of the drill body, creating an annular wear band.

Carbide nozzles are primarily used in various types of drill bits for drilling into rock formations. Among these, mud nozzles are mainly employed in cone drill bits, while threaded nozzles are predominantly used in PDC drill bits. The nozzle injects the drilling fluid as the drill is operating, playing a crucial role in cooling the drill, flushing out the cuttings, and aiding in rock-breaking, among other functions. The hole hose connects seamlessly to the drill body, creating a circulation channel for the drilling fluid. At the same time, it securely holds the nozzle in place, ensuring stable positioning during the drilling process. Threaded nozzles come in cross-type, external hexagon type, internal hexagon type, and plum type, depending on the specific loading and unloading tools used.

Tungsten carbide sleeves are primarily used in engines, protectors, centrifuges, rotation supports, centralizers, thrust bearings, and shaft sealing components for oil pump separators in submerged oil extraction equipment—for example, sliding bearing sleeves, motor bearing sleeves, centralizer bearing sleeves, thrust bearing sleeves, and sealing sleeves, among others. Leveraging advanced materials technology and manufacturing techniques, we offer our customers a range of tungsten carbide bushing products, including mainly stepped bushings, straight bushings, bushings with grooves and oil holes, profiled bushings, and more—designed specifically for demanding operational environments such as high-speed rotation, sand erosion, and corrosive gas exposure.

The tungsten carbide throttle plate is widely used in all types of tube and rod pumping pumps, as well as pipeline accelerators and regulators, to precisely control fluid flow and pressure. It is employed for the extraction and transportation of oil from wells containing sand, gas, wax, heavy oil, and diagonal wells in oilfields. The plate boasts high hardness, excellent wear resistance, superior corrosion and pressure resistance, outstanding thermal shock performance, enhanced pump efficiency, extended pump inspection intervals, and other notable features.

The carbide ball valve seat is widely used as a fixed and floating check valve in a variety of rod and tubing pumping units. It is a critical component of the core equipment that controls fluid flow. Its performance and reliability play a vital role in ensuring the proper operation of the pumping unit.

Tungsten carbide accessories for the measurement tool are primarily used in MWD and LWD measurement instruments for oil and gas drilling, offering ultra-high hardness, wear resistance, and impact strength—making them perfectly suited for high-temperature, high-pressure, highly corrosive, and other extreme downhole environments. In drilling equipment, the stator and rotor are key components commonly employed for power and torque transmission, as well as for precisely controlling the drilling direction. Thanks to their exceptional properties—such as superior hardness, outstanding strength, excellent wear resistance, and remarkable heat tolerance—tungsten carbide is one of the ideal materials for manufacturing stators and rotors in drilling equipment.
