Single-flange Snow Tire Studs

Zhuzhou Jinxin nails typically feature an aluminum or steel casing that encases a hardened tungsten carbide core. Tungsten alloy is the second hardest material after diamond, making it exceptionally resistant to wear. The tips exhibit extreme hardness. When vehicles travel on icy surfaces, tire rubber alone cannot grip the slippery terrain effectively. That’s when these tiny metal spikes penetrate the ice, creating formidable mechanical traction.

Single-flange Snow Tire Studs It is only compatible with winter tires equipped with studs or stud-ready tires. These tires feature pre-drilled mounting holes in the tread pattern. The stud heights range from 10 mm to 17 mm, with different heights suitable for various tire models. You can select the appropriate stud based on the depth of the stud holes in your tire.

A tire equipped with studs features hundreds (120–150) of nails distributed across the entire tread surface. As the vehicle rolls, these studs cyclically penetrate and disengage from the icy surface, providing continuous and stable traction that effectively prevents slipping and sideways skidding.

Zhuzhou Jinxin uses specialized installation guns or manual tools to precisely and quickly press the studs into the tire holes.
