What are tungsten carbide pins?

Alloy rod pins are divided into two types:

1. Both the body and the threaded section are Made from tungsten carbide , known as solid carbide rod pins.

2. The body is made of tungsten carbide, while the threaded section is made of stainless steel (such as grade 316), referred to as welded rod pins.

Applications of hard rod tips:

Rod tip components serve as components for pin-type sand mills , and they exhibit high resistance to impact, corrosion, and wear. Manufactured using advanced sintering techniques and virgin materials, these products are primarily used in grinding and dispersion equipment for oil- and water-based products, such as coatings, inks, pigments, dyes, and colorants.

1. Industrial paints, automotive coatings, pigments, dyes, color pastes, etc.
2. Printing inks, rotogravure inks, electronic inks, printing inks, etc.
3. Pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and other scientific-grade materials.

Recommended material grades: YG8, YS2T, YG8N, YNi9, YL10.2.
They offer resistance to wear and corrosion.
Available in alloy pin bars, dispersion discs, turbines, and dynamic/static rings.
